CSIR and UGC provide Research Fellowships for training in methods of research under expert guidance of faculty members/scientists working in University Department/ National Laboratories and Institutions in various fields of Science.
Joint CSIR-UGC NET Fellowship programme is aimed at National Science & Technology Human Resource Development. A large number of JRFs are awarded each year by CSIR to candidates after qualifying the Test conducted by CSIR twice a year in June and December.
Joint CSIR UGC NET is a test being conducted to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for Lectureship (LS) /Assistant Professor in Indian universities and colleges subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria laid down by UGC.
नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी (NTA) ने CSIR UGC NET जून 2022 परीक्षा के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन शुरू कर दिए हैं। उम्मीदवार परीक्षा के लिए आधिकारिक वेबसाइट csirnet.nta.nic.in पर 10 अगस्त शाम 5.00 बजे तक आवेदन कर सकेंगे. आवेदक 12 अगस्त से 16 अगस्त 2022 तक अपने आवेदन फॉर्म में बदलाव कर सकेंगे।

The Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination June 2022 will be conducted in CBT mode for the duration of 3 hours to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for Lectureship (LS) /Assistant Professor in Indian Universities and Colleges.

Application Fee
Candidates from General/General-EWS category are required to pay the fee of Rs 1000, whereas Rs 500 is applicable to candidates from OBC-NCL category. The application fee for SC/ST/Third gender is Rs 250 and PWD category candidates are exempted from payment of the fee.
