Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Diploma in Chemical
Technical/Functional Skills:
• Should possess good Chemistry knowledge
• Should be aware of safety points while handling chemicals In lab.
• Good communication skills
Experience:
0-3 years post qualification
Behavioral Skills:
• Should have the capability to work in a team and ability to handle demonstrate a good team spirit.
• While possessing a good ability to follow instruction should also demonstrate innovation in his/her approach, good communication skills.
• Should be proactive while working on allotted responsibility.
Job purpose
To provide operational support to Process development lab activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of lab solutions. Ensuring all-time accessibility of common reagents and lab solutions.
To take care of planning, execution, documentation in the shift activities.
Follow all environmental and Lab safety-related guidelines within the company premises including wearing PPE [Personal Protective Equipment] at work.
Ensuring a safe and Optimizing and planning of lab-support activities.
Ensuring quick and uninterrupted support to Process development lab activities.
Addressing the information requests from Scientists, other cross-functional departments for day-to-day activities.
Documentation/ interpersonal relationship & communication skills
Ensure effective and timely communication of the Operational progress to the supervisors
Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
