Advertisement for 4 JRF Positions.
Applications are invited for Four positions of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Institute of Forest Biodiversity (ICFRE) Research. The appointment would be made initially for a period of one year but may be extended up to 5 years
based on performance and mutual agreement
Project entitled “ Study of climate driven effects on Indian forests through long term ecological monitoring (AICRP-ICFRE) PI- Dr. Ratnaker Jauhari, IFS,CF”
Eligibility:
Essential:
(i) First Class M.Sc. Environmental Science/ M.Sc Forestry/ M.Sc Botany.
(ii) First Class M.Sc. Botany/ Forestry
(iii) First Class M.sc Ag Soil Science/ M.Sc Agricultural chemistry/ M.Sc Soil Science/ M.Sc Chemistry
(iv) First Class M.Sc. Agricultural Entomology/ M.Sc Zoology/ M.Sc Entomology
Desirable:
(i) Specialization/ courses or credits in Ecology
(ii) Specialization/ courses or credits in Taxonomy
(iii) Specialization/ courses or credits in entomology , experience in entomology
Stipend: NET Qualified (JRF) Rs.31000/- Per Month (Fixed) OR Non-NET (JPF) Rs.16000/- +HRA as admissible.
