Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), Bengaluru, is inviting applications for the temporary position of Research Associate in the Theoretical Sciences Unit. This post is funded under the prestigious J C Bose Fellowship project led by Prof. Swapan K Pati.
Eligible candidates with a PhD or equivalent research experience in theoretical or computational chemistry can apply before 22nd July 2025.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification:
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree, OR
- 3 years of research/teaching/design/development experience after M.Pharm/M.Tech/M.E/MVSc
- At least one research paper published in an SCI-indexed journal
Desirable Qualification:
- Ph.D. involving ab initio and machine learning (ML) studies related to ORR-OER in single/diatomic catalysts
- Experience in computational chemistry, catalyst modeling, and stereoselectivity in Ziegler-Natta catalysis
