Job Vacancy: Executive – Quality Control

Job Title: Executive – Quality Control

Location: Mahad, Maharashtra, India

Education Required: M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry or Organic Chemistry

Experience Required: 3–5 years in pharmaceutical QC

Key Responsibilities

• Perform chemical analysis of finished products, raw materials, packing materials, and cleaning samples.
• Handle calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometers, and balances.
• Conduct method validation, cleaning validation, and stability studies as per ICH and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure data recording in SAP, maintain analytical data sheets, and ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Follow cGMP, GLP, ISO, HACCP, and SQF protocols for all laboratory practices.
• Close deviations, OOS/OOT investigations, and change controls effectively and within timelines.
• Ensure safety, proper housekeeping, MSDS handling, and use of PPE in QC labs.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Thorough knowledge of GxP, ISO 9001/14001/22000/18001, and FSSAI standards.
• Hands-on expertise with chromatographic techniques and analytical calculations.
• Good documentation practices and understanding of data integrity.
• Experience in SAP data handling and familiarity with modern QC documentation systems.
