  2. Create an account or log in to the OSMoSys portal.
  3. Select “Travel Support” under the “Submit Proposal” section.
  4. Complete the application form with accurate personal, institutional, and event details.
  5. Upload the required documents, including:
    • Accepted abstract/paper with details of all co-authors and affiliations
    • Forwarding letter from the Head of the Organisation/Department
    • Non-availment certificate for travel support
    • Verified/attested bank details (not a ZBSA account)
    • Declaration of any other financial assistance received, if applicable

Only online applications are accepted. Ensure document file sizes meet the portal requirements.
