🎯 Job Role & Scope

As a Research Associate, you will be engaged in organic synthesis projects, supporting the development of new molecules and contributing to client-based R&D initiatives. This hands-on role demands a solid understanding of reaction mechanisms and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven lab environment.


✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct organic synthesis reactions based on project requirements
  • Utilize appropriate reagents, solvents, and reaction techniques
  • Monitor and analyze reactions using TLC, HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, and GC techniques
  • Perform work-up, purification (column chromatography, crystallization) to obtain desired compounds
  • Accurately document experiments in ELN (Electronic Lab Notebook) as per regulatory and client SOPs
  • Comply with lab safety protocols, PPE usage, and confidentiality policies
  • Assist in instrument maintenance and contribute to lab housekeeping
