🧪 Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end R&D projects—from formulation development to scale-up.
- Design experiments, allocate lab resources, and supervise project execution.
- Analyze and interpret data, ensuring scientific accuracy and timely documentation.
- Mentor junior scientists and provide technical leadership across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments like QA, QC, RA, and Production.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (GMP, GLP, ICH).
- Support technology transfer and validation for commercial manufacturing.
- Drive innovation, cost-efficiency, and process improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry updates and regulatory expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documents and regulatory submissions.
🔍 Required Skills
- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical R&D procedures.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments like HPLC, dissolution apparatus, etc.
- Strong communication and scientific writing skills.
- Awareness of regulatory bodies (USFDA, WHO, etc.) and submission processes.
✅ Eligibility
Education:
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Analysis)
- M.Sc (Chemistry / Life Sciences)
- Ph.D. (Preferred but not mandatory)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in formulation or analytical R&D in a pharma setting.
